Hi there, thank you for landing on my page. I know that it can take courage to step out
and ask for help when you’re experiencing different struggles in life. I would be honored
to take the opportunity to hear your story and help you navigate areas you are
struggling in. I want to partner with you and help you create tools you can use
throughout your journey. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is based on
mutual respect. My approach to therapy focuses on a person-centered view with a wide
range of approaches to best serve each person.
I received my Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint
Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2015. For the past 12 years I have been working full
time in healthcare and I’m looking forward to using that experience as I complete my
counseling licensure.
I acknowledge that counseling can be an uncomfortable process that often involves
exploration into potentially painful emotions. It is my goal to help you through this
journey in a safe, empathetic, judgement-free, and accepting space.

Taylor Marie MS, LPCC
Hello! I am so happy you're here. I’m Taylor Marie, a trauma-informed therapist here at Pages of Hope. I’m passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating—or have survived—coercive control, religious trauma, and narcissistic abuse. Whether you’re in the process of leaving an abusive relationship, still feeling stuck, or learning to reclaim your life afterward, I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner self and rebuild your sense of safety, autonomy, and trust.
In our work together, I offer a compassionate space where your story will be met with deep care, curiosity, and validation. I often incorporate trauma-focused psychoeducation, helping clients better understand their nervous system, emotional responses, and patterns shaped by survival. My therapeutic approach blends modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Existential Therapy, and structured goal-setting—all through a trauma-informed lens. Additionally, I am a certified cult recovery therapist.
I also support individuals working through life transitions, including divorce, identity shifts, and self-esteem challenges, as well as common concerns like anxiety and depression. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and insight as you untangle old narratives, strengthen self-trust, and create meaningful change.
If you're looking for a therapist who honors your complexity and meets you where you are, I’d be honored to work with you.
